As well as teaching various private groups (including Remedial Yoga),
I hold a Yoga lesson that is open to all on a Monday evening in
Abbots Langley village.
Yoga lessons are held in the hall at:-
Breakspeare School,
Gallows Hill Lane,
Abbots Langley
 
The new term commences on Monday 8th September 
and ends on Monday 8th December 2008. 
(No sessions on Monday 27th October and 3rd November)

Payment and discounts are available as follows:-

Payment in advance (12 weeks @ £4.50 per session) £54.00

8 Vouchers (1 voucher per session, valid this term only) £40.00.

Pay as you go (per session) £5.50.

Student & Unwaged £4.00.
