As well as teaching various private groups (including Remedial Yoga),
I hold a Yoga lesson that is open to all on a Monday evening in
Abbots Langley village.
Yoga lessons are held in the hall at:-
Breakspeare School,
Gallows Hill Lane,
Abbots Langley
 
The new term commences on Term starts Monday 13th September
and ends Monday 6th December 2010
No session on Monday 25th October - Half Term)
